Project Overview

This project consisted of renovating an existing 30,000 sqft commercial building into a multiple tenant retail shell space.  The building included space for ten tenants, which proceeded to include a restaurant, athletic retail store, nail salon, fitness facility and an 8,000 sqft brewery and tasting room.  The brewery was also designed by AEED as one of the tenant fit outs.

Challenges were adhering to the constraints of an existing building footprint, property lines and easements, all while making utility provisions with separated utility metering for ten tenants.  Even with it's challenges, it is always exciting to see an existing otherwise rundown structure revitalized into a thriving business and retail area.
