Project Overview

This 50,000 sqft transfer facility located at Enterprise South consolidated three smaller locations into one central hub.  The facility is used for transfer of corn syrup, starch and other sugar products from rail cars to trucks.  The facility included a truck wash, series of conveyors and bucket lifts, process equipment, warehouse and office space.

Challenges included coordination with process design engineers and complying with the requirements associated with Hazardous Classification areas.  It was enjoyable to work on a project with so many aspects from railway systems, to process equipment to office space.
