Project Overview

This project involved the demolition of the old Trustee Hall to re-design the newly vacant site and quad area with an ultra modern Humanities Building.  The new 34,000 sqft, three story facility incorporates a state-of-the-art chill beam mechanical system and a three story atrium smoke evacuation system as well as new underground utilities and chill water distribution systems.
