Project consisted of the conversion of a 130,000 sqft free standing building from warehouse to industrial use. A new production facility was integrated into the existing warehouse originally design for storage. The design required that utilities and fire protection systems be up-sized to support the manufacturing process and high pile storage necessary to maintain production requirements for the new facility. HVAC and a dedicated process exhaust system were required to support manufacturing. In addition to the production and storage areas, a two story office space and a quality testing laboratory were added as part of the conversion. Liquid and solid material storage silos were added to the exterior to support manufacturing.
