Our name says it all. When Phillip Pickett founded Advanced Energy Engineering & Desing, Inc. (AEED, Inc.) in 2001, he was passionate about creating a firm that utilized energy systems and innovative technology and designs that would help clients realize the energy efficiency and reduction, or carbon neutrality, that he believed was the future. Since then, we have been leading the way in sustainable building technology and design solutions in the Chattanooga area and across the United States. Our team combines multiple engineering and design skills under one roof allowing us to fully integrate multiple systems while maintaining our focus on energy-efficient, green designs, balanced with our customers’ needs and budget. Our firm believes that success is grounded in strong relationships between our employees and with our clients. We strive to steward our business as a way for our employees to lead financially secure lives and maintain their families, and we want our clients to be able to pursue the same thing. The fruit of our work is not only what we create but also the lives we are able to build.
