Our very name, Advanced Energy Engineering & Design, Inc., tells you how focused we are as a company on sustainability. We strive to create design plans that maximize energy efficiency in buildings infrastructure. As a company, we actively strive to live and work sustainably by educating and engaging our employees with initiatives. Such programs consist of a recycling program, responsible sourcing, retro fitted lighting with LED lamps, low flow plumbing and utilizing an electric vehicle for site visits.

AEED, Inc. is committed to a healthy, sometimes competitive, work/life balance. Activities are encouraged to help maintain positive physical and mental wellbeing. Our team enjoys biking, hiking, running, golfing, and team sports such as pickleball. We also provide an on-site fitness center and participate in wellness challenges on occasion.

Located downtown at the edge of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga campus, AEED, Inc. partners with and supports the UTC MOCS. From involvement with engineering students to sport sponsorships, we invest our resources in the community. We also play host to several other clubs, groups, and affiliations through Chattanooga State Community College.

Proverbs 11:24…“One gives freely…”. AEED, Inc. gives back in service to others through many avenues. Those include a seat on Bethel Bible Village’s Board of Directors, inner city involvement thru HOPE for the Homeless ministries, Samaritan’s Purse: Operation Christmas Child, and partnering with local churches to help those less fortunate.

Since 2001, we have established ourselves as a well-respected team of professionals maintaining the highest standards of excellence in our engineering disciplines and commissioning services. As a small business, our people are the most valuable asset to our company.
