AEED, Inc. has been providing ongoing engineering services to Unum for over 20 years. These services have included mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design, project management, commissioning services, and energy/facility audits.

As a company that values collaboration, partnership, and sustainability, AEED, Inc. has worked closely with the Unum facilities team on projects to modernize facilities with sustainable designs including but not limited to the new construction of a high-rise building in downtown Worcester, MA, conversion of an existing single tenant high-rise building in downtown Chattanooga, TN to a multi-tenant lease space, data center expansions, and replacement of central energy plants.
